Checking out the latest blue plate specials over at the lunch line and I am seeing some deals go down that remind me of the local real estate market.

The Flatiron Fest that went for $1450 the other day really took the cake, and it still took a couple days for someone to pick it up.  

Unless you price your stuff to move, it aint gonna go nowhere...
