You'd think with all the preaching Skaggs does he'd have more ... soul.  I think he's a stuffed shirt and it shows in his playing.  The guy in the yamulke with the highly-distressed A had more soul in three notes then in all of both of Skagg's breaks.

Speaking of youtube, one reason I haven't been playing as much the last couple weeks, is I've been doing this twice through three days a week ---

Pretty sick, huh.  Gotta love the Arnie accent.

I'm doing a 60 second rest between each move.  Eventually you're are supposed to get it down to 30 second and then 0.  At my age, forget it.  I can barely get through it twice in a 1/2 hour without breaking in half.  I keep telling myself it's going to payoff in VT in Feb.

Dave Apollon has a right hand second to none.  Andy Statman's the coolest mandolin player on the planet.  Including the Dawg.  He's #2.
