Speculation?  

There's some (very) mildly humorous guesses in the thread.  Anyone have any responses appropriate for over here?

"Yet Another Mandolin Forum" turns out to have been copyrighted by MandolinCafe in 1998 forcing this board to change name "Still Yet Just One More Not That It's Really Needed Kinda Boring But What the Heck Mandolin Forum".

Turns out Dale and Mav copyrighted MandolinCafe in 1973 and have been biding there time for the site to grow so they can now sue Scott for $17,000,000,000.37.  

Do yo really thin they will get the $0.37?

Scott and Ted are coming out, divorcing their wifes and getting married... to each other.

You know how Superman is really Clark Kent.  Well, Dale is really Ted and Mav is really Scott.  Scott got PO-ed at Dale and kicked him off the buffet only he really didn't cause Ted's still there.  He had to cover up the whole thing so he kicked himself, as Mav, off the buffet and sent his Mav alter ego over hear to spy on Ted (Dale).

Hmm, who's staying up to midnight tonight to see the announcement?

I think I'll got to bed at 10:00 as usual and check at breakfast tomorrow to see if a blackhole has swallowed the mandolin universe.

I don't think I'm going to lose any sleep if I wait until tomorrow morning to check what the news is.

As of 06:30 I did not see any important announcements.  Checked the message board and the home page.

Its a Weber Giveaway that doesn't happening until Aug. 1,

BFD...yawn. I never win these things.

Well, I was early for the train a few days ago and bought $2 worth of lottery tickets at the train station, which I do about once every six months as any more is being a sucker, and I didn't win so now luck's I my side.  

So I registered.  What the heck, a one in a few thou shot at a new mando is the only shot I got right now so why not.

You have to abmit, it's an awfully nice looking mandolin.

I forgot all about the giveaway.  Just signed up.  A long shot is better than no shot.  Plus I would like to have an oval hole mando.
